Many lectures of mathematics take place in Amphitheatre Galois. This room is located at leve l-2 of the so-called « bâtiment des bibliothèques ». Unfortunately, it has no opening for receiving natural light. Moreover, it is complicated for students to take notes. And the platform hiding the temperature regulation and aeration systems creates a distance between teachers ans students.

For all the reasons, discussions started  for the purpose of a possible future renovation.
